Hello Everyone,

I'm so proud to present to you Esculent 11 Catering. I thought to myself what would be the best way to describe my dishes Esculent which means fit to be eaten. The number 11, well that's my birthday 11/11 which you will also find in my company logo. Working under great Chefs like Wolfgang Puck and Jose Andrés inspired me to "Don't just work for the best be the best." 

The Covid 19 Pandemic left the entire Hospitality field in shambles. Many of my fellow Chefs and I were all left to figure out what's next for us when all restaurants and hotels were closed. Naturally worry, fear, or doubt can sometimes begin to start instead I chose to let go and trust in my faith and pray. In doing so, Prayer opened my mind to so many ideas. Faith pushed me to make bold decisions despite my financial situation. 

Culinary Arts is truly my passion. I'm proud to be a Chef and take pride in each dish I prepare. I'm so excited to see what God has in-store for Esculent 11 Catering. I'm grateful to each and everyone of you who have supported me throughout my journey. To all my hospitality industry workers keep your head up we're coming back stronger than ever.
